You have three small children, a part time job, a house, a husband and you are JUST coming off of a visit with your MIL. No need to up the meds. Just go and take a bath and take a glass of wine in with you. Lock the door and tell Ben to not even think of allowing anyone to bother you. Or, get in your car alone and drive to Dairy Queen or Starbucks or whatever place gives you food solace. HUGS.
