No, but a size 2 is still a respectable size, even if there are toning issues (and in your case you recently had a baby). But the way people bash women over their bodies and compare them to the plastics (women of MUCH surgery) is crazy. People really tore into this actress over a littel bit of flab and trust me, there wasn't that much. I find it even more sad how women bash other women. Who sets these plastic goals. Really at the end of the day, it needs to be about healthy. Healthy can come in all shapes and sizes. I am prettty sure, that what you think may be a bad size 2 would make many of us THRILLED to be. So don't beat up on yourself.
